Dear Parents/ Carers,
As we draw our mass testing programme to a close, we will start to issue home testing kits to students. These will be in a box of 3 LFD test kits, which will need to be performed on a Wednesday and a Sunday. The results of these tests will then need to be logged on the NHS Test and Trace site and also with the school, using the link below.

If a test result is positive, then the student and their household must self-isolate for 10 days.
The student may go for a confirmatory PCR test with the NHS if a LFD home test kit returns a positive result. If the PCR test returned a negative result, this would allow the student to return to school, and the household to be released from the obligation to self-isolate.
If for any reason you are unable to perform the LFD tests at home, we can continue to administer them at school. If this is the case, then you must complete the form which can be accessed via the link below.
