ABSENCE PROCEDURES YEAR 12 & 13
To report an absence, medical appointment or late attendance for your child please call 0121 362 7310 or email pbsixthform@plantsbrookschool.co.uk. Absence due to illness must be notified by a parent or carer and it is important that you contact the school on every day that your child is absent.
Where possible please make appointments outside of the school day and if not possible notify the sixth form office at least 24 hours in advance of any absences. Parents/carers can contact school to confirm reasons for absence or evidence of absences can be provided by the student via pbsixthform@plantsbrookschool.co.uk i.e., copy of appointment card/letter, email.
