PA to Headteacher

Full time, term time plus 5 days
Grade 3 £21,269 – £27,514 per annum, pro rata
Actual £19,060 – £24,657

The successful applicant will:

  • Provide organisational, administrative and diary management support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team as required
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of accuracy and literacy, both verbal and written
  • Be discrete and professional at all times, dealing with highly sensitive information
  • Have high-level judgement, communication and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently in a very busy environment and deal with conflicting demands on time
  • Have recent experience of administration in a fast moving environment and/or working as a PA for someone in a managerial position
  • Be able to build positive and supportive relationships with students, teachers and fellow support staff
