The City of Wolverhampton Council Cleaning Services department would like to reassure our customers that we are following government guidelines and taking precautionary measures by ensuring additional cleaning is taking place within the buildings and schools that we deliver a cleaning service to due to the potential outbreak of Coronavirus.
Our cleaning schedule includes wiping down surfaces on a daily basis, the cleaning solution we use is an anti-bacterial cleaner which kills viruses and bacteria. Cleaning staff are issued with personal protective equipment relevant to all activities and cloths are laundered daily.
John Denley, Director for Public Health for the City of Wolverhampton said “I’d like to reassure people that the risk to the general public remains low and we are working with health partners at a regional and national level to do everything we can to stop the virus spreading”.
