How to book an appointment
Parents should fill out the form linked below to register their details to access the booking system. When it goes live, appointments are available in 5 minute slots on a first come first served basis and can be limited as staff can teach multiple classes and/or subjects. Parents can manually book their appointments or the system will automatically assign a slot if selected. When booking it’s recommended to allow time between appointments to allow movement to other locations. Every effort is taken by staff not to overrun and we appreciate your support with this.
How will I know when it’s taking place?
A letter informing you of the date is sent well in advance, along with login details for your parents evening account. We’ll also advise on our website and social media when the booking system is going live. All Parent’s Evening’s are on our School Calendar, available here.
How to make the most of Parents Evening
The evening runs from 4pm-6:30pm with 5 minute appointment slots available to meet with subject teachers. The evening is an opportunity to receive feedback on your child’s progress and ask any specific questions on future development and improvement. Where relevant, staff will be available to provide additional guidance to resources and interventions to help your child succeed. If you need more help and advice outside of your 5 minute appointment, other forms of feedback can be available if required.
